Torn from his loved ones,
Surrounded with fear
and uncertainty.
Unsure of who he was
anymore,
All he knew,
That he was at the mercy of
God
For his life, his future
and his destiny
He remembered his dreams
His father and brothers
and all the loved ones back home
It all seems so far
away and now he was on his own
He was happy to be alive
Happy, God was by his
side.
His superiors adored him
His work was blessed, everything he touched prospered.
He knew this was not
the end
God was preparing him
for greatness,
He was being set apart,
To be molded for the
person he was meant to be, for the work of God.
Days went in to years,
His fame as the
anointed Hebrew boy went into all ears.
Till one day
The Great Pharaoh
called him, regarding his own woes.
That day, God opened the
gates of his destiny,
He was now, qualified
for the role he was called,
He was given the Land,
wife, power and position,
All in a day’s time
He was given the task ,to
save the emperor’s land.
In time,God gave him
back his loved ones,
Never to be separated
again.
He then realized why he was set apart,
So that he could be used for the glory of God.
But know that the Lord hath set apart him that is godly for himself:
