Talia ran across the
forest
Her enemies in hot
pursuit.
They have been chasing
her for months ,
And today she felt
trapped in the woods.
Puffing and panting
and fighting her way,
“I need to make it to
the other side”, she kept telling herself
“Come what may!.”
The path was so shaky,
There were pebbles and
stones everywhere.
Cuts and bruises
Leaves and bushes
onward she went like a bullet train.
I will trust in you, O
Lord

“The beloved of the Lord shall
dwell in safety by him; and the Lord shall cover him all the day long, and he
shall dwell between his shoulders” gave her the confidence to move on unafraid."
Suddenly she heard a gunshot behind her,
Quick footsteps hushed voices and a loud thud,
"Don't worry its all
over",
The man in authority
came over to her and said.
Still shaking from all the excitement,
She walked out of the woods,
Her family stood
waiting for her.
She hugged them, and the words of Deuteronomy 33:29 came
over to her again.
